Foundation Training is for the family dog, puppy, or newly adopted dog that needs to learn appropriate "manners" around the house.

Foundation training focuses on the following everyday issues and skills:

• Sit. Lie down, Stay. Leave it.

• Walking nicely on leash. 

• Overall impulse control.

• Housetraining.

• Puppy mouthing.

• Socialization.

• Baby on the way: How to get my dog prepared.

The focus is working with you to  refine the skills of your existing or a newly adopted dog. Helping to implement successful transitions of new puppies and dogs into their families is the goal.

Fees for Foundation Training

Initial appointment $65  (typically a 1.5 hour session; includes Right Start )

One at a time appointments $65

Series of three   $180

Includes email support up to three times at no additional charge.

Payment is due at the start of the first appointment.

Services outside the East Bay, Providence area will incur additional travel fees.
